ABOUT US

Ventura 4 Veterans Relief Project is a veteran-led, all volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located on the scenic Gold Coast of Ventura, California. We provide support and resources to veterans, and first responders through outdoor activities and educational workshops. Our wellness program focuses on key aspects of well-being, including stress management, nutrition, physical fitness, and sleep quality.

We understand how fast life can get overwhelming and sometimes we just need a chance to regroup, recharge our batteries and gain some perspective. Our mission is to provide that opportunity and share important information that will improve the overall health and well-being of all attendees.

Our daytime outdoor activities are held in and around Ventura, California and include excursions to the Channel Islands National Park and ocean fishing on our beautiful coast.

MISSION

Ventura 4 Veterans enhances veteran well-being by offering outdoor activities, fostering camaraderie, and providing workshops focused on stress reduction, sleep improvement, nutrition, and fitness. Our mission is to help veterans and first responders become better health advocates for themselves and create a supportive community that will improve the health and well-being of all attendees.
